Cocktail Meatballs
Use this meatball recipe, use
your favorite, or purchase frozen meatballs at the grocery!
| 2 lbs. ground chuck | 2 tsp Accent |
| 1 envelope onion soup | 1/4 C commercial bread crumbs |
| 1 egg |
- Combine the first five ingredients, and shape into small balls. Either brown the balls in 2 T cooking oil or bake until done. Drain well.
- Over low heat melt one 10 oz. jar of grape jelly.
- Add two 14 oz jars of spaghetti sauce and heat, stirring.
- Add meatballs and heat them thoroughly.
- Serve in a chafing dish or a crockpot.
