onion country) just sent this recipe and I have made it 2x.

Vidalia Onion Appetizer


1 cup chopped Vidalia Onion
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Hellmanns Mayonnaise (no substitutions)
Mix and put in baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 min@ 350 degrees
Spread on rye krisp.
