Prepare in advance and bake at the last minute for an easy appetizer!
Sausage Bites
| Sausage links | Brown sugar |
| Bacon |
- Lightly brown the sausage links.
- Cut each link in half to make one treat.
- While the sausage is browning, cook bacon strips until firmly rubbery (not crisp!)
- Cut the bacon into strips long enough to wrap once around the sausage and lightly sprinkle the bacon with brown sugar
- Wrap the link with the sugared bacon and secure the bacon to the link with a toothpick.
- Bake them in the oven at 350° for about 10 minutes or untill the bacon looks done.
- Serve immediately.
