Really good served with pita bread chips or crackers!
Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

12 sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
7 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained Dash salt
1 clove garlice, minced 4 oz. cream cheese, softened & cubed
2 T chopped parsley 1/2 C sour cream
1 T lemon juic
