A good way to cope with the hot, humid August weather is a pitcher full of iced tea. Ever since the advent of frozen lemonade my mother has made what became our favorite Iced Tea. We always called it "Asbell Iced Tea" since that was our surname, but you could name it "Smith", "Jones", or whatever fits. It is also good using frozen cranberry juice. So brew the tea and cool off with a glass of what we will now call "Lemon Iced Tea". It is so easy to make and so refreshing!
A refreshing family favorite for many years!
