Raisin Scones

1 C all-purpose flour 1/4 C chilled butter
1 C whole wheat flour 1/2 C raisins
5 T sugar 1/2 C buttermilk
2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda 1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
