Easy Penuche Frosting

1/2 C margarine 1/4/ C milk
1 C brown sugar 2 C powdered sugar

Melt margarine. Stir in brown sugar.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir over low heat for two minutes.
Stir in milk; heat to boiling.
Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
Gradually stir in powdered sugar.
Spread on cake.
