Persimmon Cake

4 eggs 2 tsp soda
2 C sugar 2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C margarine 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C oil 2 C persimmon pulp
2 C flour Penuche Frosting

Beat eggs and add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add oil and margarine, continue beating.
Mix dry ingredients and stir into above mixture. Mix well.
Add persimmon pulp and mix well.
Pour half of the mixture into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Mix 1 C finely ground nuts, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 4 T brown sugar.
Sprinkle mixture over batter in the pan.
Pour in the remaining batter and bake at 300° until done.
Frost with Penuche Frosting.
