A great accompaniment for pork roast!
Spiced Winter Fruit

| 1 (17 oz) can apricot halves | 1/4 C sherry |
| 1 (16 oz) can pear halves | 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon (to your own taste) |
| 1 (16 oz) can peach slices | 1/8 tsp nutmeg |
| 1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks | 2 T butter |
| 1 (15 oz) jar applesauce |
- Arrange first four ingredients in layers in an ungreased 3-quart baking dish. Set aside.
- Pour applesauce in small saucepan and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sherry and the spices. Pour over the fruit in the baking dish, and dot it all with the butter.
- Bake at 325° for one hour. Serve warm.
