Beef Brisket

Sprinkle both side of a beef brisket with onion, celery, and garlic salt.  Put in a baking pan lined with foil.  Sprinkle the brisket with 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke.   Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.  The next day, remove the foil and bake at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.  Pour your favorite Bar-B-Q sauce over the meat and bake another 45 minutes at 325°.  Serve with coleslaw or steamed cabbage and a relish tray.
