Baked Hamburgers
| 1 lb hamburger | 1 - 2 T brown sugar |
| 1 egg | 13 oz. can tomato sauce |
| 1 C bread crumbs moistened with milk | 1 13 oz can water |
| 1/2 tsp salt | 1 T brown sugar |
| 1 small onion, chopped |
Mix the hamburger, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, onion, 1 to 2 T brown sugar and shape into patties.
Brown in a small amount of oil.
Place the browned patties into a baking dish.
Make a sauce with the tomato sauce, water, and 1 T brown sugar.
Pour the sauce over the browned patties and bake until done..
