Ham Loaves

1 lb. lean pork, 1 lb.smoked ham, ground together 1 C milk (1/2 C Milnot +1/2 water)
2 eggs Salt and pepper to taste
1 C Ritz cracker crumbs  

Cranberry Glaze

1 C brown sugar 1 T dry mustard
1/2 C cranberry juice cocktail  
  • Mix brown sugar and dry mustard together.
  • Stir in cranberry juice.
  • Spoon over the ham loaves every 5-10 minutes after they begin to bake

Cranberry Sauce for Ham Loaf

1 C whole berry cranberry sauce 1 tsp horseradish

Heat and serve as a sauce with the ham loaf.
