A really great meatloaf!
Meatloaf 1

| 1# ground beef | 1/2 c. breadcrumbs (I use Italian seasoned) |
| 2 eggs | 1 clove garlic, finely chopped |
| 1/2 c. finely chopped onions | 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/3 c. milk | 1 Tbs. parsley |
| 1 tsp. salt | 1 tsp. mustard |
| 1/2 tsp. pepper | 1 Tbs. ketchup |
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape into 1 large or 2 small loaves.
Place in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350*.
