A really great meatloaf!
Meatloaf 1

1# ground beef 1/2 c. breadcrumbs (I use Italian seasoned)
2 eggs 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped onions 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. milk 1 Tbs. parsley
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper 1 Tbs. ketchup
  • Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  • Shape into 1 large or 2 small loaves.

  • Place in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350*.
