Meatloaf 2
Submitted by Janica Felsher

1 pound of ground round beef 1/2 to 2/3 cup ketchup
2 whole eggs Seasoning salt to taste (around 3/4 teaspoon)
1/2 to 2/3 cup oatmeal Pepper to taste (around 1/4 teaspoon)
  • Heat oven to 350°.

  • Put two pieces of bread on the bottom of a bread pan.
Line with aluminum foil and use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of
the aluminum foil. This allows the grease to drain and the bread will
    absorb the grease.

  • Mix the above ingredients together and form a loaf in the prepared bread pan. Put one slice of raw bacon on top of the meat mixture. Then add two lines
of ketchup on top, one on each side of the bacon.

  • Bake for 1 hour or until done. Depending on the thickness of the loaf, you may
need to bake a little longer.
